Jason joined Fafco Solar as Operations Manager with a wealth of general business skills and experience with solar electric systems. His focus is on business operations and the “big picture.”

A "Jack-of-all trades", Jason expects to positively impact every aspect of Fafco’s operations. In particular, it is Jason’s experience as the owner of AMP Systems, which builds mobile solar electric systems that makes him a perfect fit for Fafco Solar. Fafco Solar now markets this system under the name Solar2Go. His knowledge of solar energy products and understanding practical uses of solar energy for customers makes him an valuable asset to us at Fafco Solar.

Jason has experience with off-grid, grid-tied, and mobile alternative energy systems. His start with solar energy came in 1999 when he had to learn everything about solar to design, purchase, and construct a solar electric system in a very off-grid location for his family's organic pineapple farm. He taught himself everything he needed to know (and more) and is now highly knowledgeable in the technical and practical aspects of solar electricity. In his "spare time," he still operates an import/export business in the Caribbean.

One of his favorite activities is 3D computer modeling of solar homes with Google Sketchup for presentations and construction documents. He blogs at Solar Southwest Florida.

His unique combination of technical understanding, business skills, and team attitude is helping the Fafco Solar team grow and prosper.

Jason is married with two cats and he stays fit by tapping his foot all day at his desk.
